Quality Control
In quality control process, we check every product twice, after assembly process and before packing in carton. Furthermore, we make sure not to cut the cost by reducing quality of our products. This has resulted in low defect rates, which increase our customer’s confidence and satisfaction.
Standard Wires
Every power strips from our company use standard wires certified by Thailand Industrial Standard (TIS), which guarantee customer’s safety. Also, avoid wire with low copper content, which can result in excess heat build-up in the wire.
Tight socket
Sockets in our power strips are tight so plugs will still fit snugly over a long period of time. This prevents plugs from slipping out of the sockets, which can generate excess heat in the plug.
Our History
Our company established in 1975 and started from producing plastic anchors in green box, which has scales logo under MODEL brand. After a while, in 1980 we started producing every part of hair clippers and wires including plug for a well-known fan company in Thailand.
We then realized that we had capability to produce power strip as we were already producing plastic parts and wires. Consequently, in 1990 we started to produce round power strips under AMC brand, which received great response from our clients and resulted in one of the highest round power strip sales in the country. As the trend of using power strip became higher, in 1995 we began to produce AMC power strips, which also received excellent feedback from clients. Therefore, in 2000 we introduced power strips under MOTTO brand as an alternative choice for our customers.
As we double check every product to build customer’s trust, Navapong industry limited company has grown approximately 20% per year over 40 years. At present, we have office and manufacturing plant located on Bangkhuntein road with current production capacity of more than 100,000 pieces per day. Our clients are both domestic and foreign countries that are mostly in CLMV group. We also have policy to increase our production capacity and improve quality control process to continuously increase our client’s confidence.
